Booking Policy – Hotel The Royal King

1. Reservation Confirmation
All room bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from the hotel via call, message, email, or booking confirmation receipt.

2. Advance Payment
The hotel may require partial or full advance payment to confirm the reservation. Without advance payment, the booking may be treated as tentative and can be cancelled.

3. Check-in and Check-out Time
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may be chargeable.

4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in may not be refundable.

5. ID Proof
All guests must provide valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in.

6. Unmarried Couples Policy
Unmarried couples are allowed with valid ID proof, subject to hotel policy and local regulations.

7. Damage Policy
Any damage to hotel property caused by guests will be charged accordingly.

8. Management Rights
Hotel management reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
